Notes To ensure prompt shipment, please include the invoice number (e.g. w61234).

PayPal is on the way out for us. We have happily used them for many years. Unfortunately both the merchant fees charged to us, and the currency exchange fees charged to the customer have increased to a level that we no longer consider reasonable.

Please don't ask for good discounts when using this payment method.

CHF PayPal (will be phased out) Please pay by bank transfer or credit card if possible. PayPal fees are rather steep, and they will also charge you a small fortune for currency conversion.

  • If it doesn't work, try comma instead of decimal point for the amount - PayPal language settings are weird.
  • Please don't send payments without a valid order / reference number.
EUR PayPal Not available. PayPal will not let us withdraw EUR balances without taking an additional 2.5% conversion hit. Please pay by bank transfer or credit card instead.
USD PayPal (will be phased out) Please pay by credit card or bank transfer if possible. On top of their regular fee, PayPal now charges us 3% extra to get USD balances out of their greedy hands. If you HAVE to pay by PayPal, and USD is NOT your home currency - please ask for a proforma invoice in CHF.
