How to order from PC Engines | |

Please use our web order form ! | Mistakes are quite likely with phone and email orders.
If you need to issue a purchase order, do so in parallel and mention the PO number in the web order. |
Can I fax my order ? | Sorry, we finally turned off our fax number given very low usage, and thus excessive cost per fax. |
Can I get a quotation ? | Please use our web order form, with the note "quote request". |
Valid email address | Without a valid, working email address, you will not get our proforma invoice,
not pay for your order, and your order will be cancelled eventually.
Please make sure your spam filter is configured correctly. Fear not, we don't have time to spam our customers. |
Fast lane for repeat customers | Just enter the item quantities, your email address and the invoice number
of a prior order - and skip all remaining fields unless you want to update
something.
We will clone the address and other details from the prior order. Please note that this will not shop up in your initial order, our web server does not hold customer data. |
Why did you cancel my order ? | Probably our email with the proforma invoice did not make it past your spam filter. Or you just did not pay. |
EU private customer ? | Sorry, but with the introduction of WEEE electronics recycling regulations the EU abolished the common market for electronics products. We cannot register and file separately in 27+ EU jurisdictions. Please order from a distributor in your country where available. |
CHF / EUR / USD ? | Please select the correct order form for your region / currency. Our prices are based on USD, prices in other currencies will fluctuate depending on the current exchange rate. |
Inventory status | Please note that inventory is not updated in real-time. The web site reflects inventory in Switzerland minus pending customer orders. We reserve the right to allocate supply. |
Out of stock ? | You can still enter orders for items marked out of stock, but there may be an extended lead time. We will let you know, and suggest alternatives if the wait is long. |
Shipping | PC Engines ships globally. Please see available shipping methods. International shipping is too complex for our web site to estimate. |
Email confirmation | Once you submit your order you should see the order number (order w...) displayed, and receive an email confirmation. |
Proforma invoice | Once product is available / confirmed, we will issue a proforma invoice with your pricing, correct shipping cost etc. This will be sent to you by email as a PDF file. |
Your payment | Once the proforma invoice is issued, please confirm your order (customers on terms), or send your payment. If we don't hear from you / receive the payment, your order will be cancelled eventually. |
Shipment | We automatically send the tracking number and PDF invoice to you by email when your order is shipped. Again, please check your spam filter... |
Customs | If you are outside Switzerland your order will have to pass through customs. You will generally have to pay VAT. In most industrialized countries, duties for computer parts are usually low or none. |
